FAQs
What locations do you serve?
My IBCLC certification allows me to provide virtual consults for families anywhere on the globe!
I am physically based in Islamorada, FL and South Burlington, VT depending on the time of the year. I am available for home visits in:
Florida — Key Largo, Islamorada, and Marathon
Vermont — Chittenden, Grand Isle, Addison, Franklin, Washington, Lamoille, and Essex (NY) Counties.
*Home visits beyond 30 miles may incur a travel fee of $30.
What is included in a consultation?
Every consult is unique and depends on what you and your baby need. Our visit may include:
A thorough intake and focused history
Baby’s weight
Observation of a feeding or pump session (in person or via video)
Assistance with latch and positioning
Feeding weight (this tells us how much milk baby transfers in a given feed)
Assessment of your anatomy and baby’s anatomy
Flange fitting and evaluation
Education specific to your feeding journey
Personalized care plan with written follow-up available in your portal
Ongoing support, recommendations, or referrals as needed
How do virtual consults work?
Virtual visits are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join the video from your phone or computer. During the consult, I’ll assess feeding or pumping, answer your questions, and guide you in real time—just like an in-person visit.
